As a supply chain management company, IT Chain GmbH has earned an excellent reputation in the retail sector by scanning more than 2,000 “dm” stores. J. Rechenbach of LSA has been an adviser to and partner of IT Chain GmbH since this mega-project began in 2011.
We have carried out many other scan and CAD projects together, such as the 3D scan of the KA300 Pavilion in Karlsruhe, which was built for Karlsruhe’s city anniversary in 2015. In the video you can see the documentation of this masterful temporary timber structure by architect J.Mayer H. Unfortunately, the building is already history, as it has since been demolished. All the better that we scanned it for the archive!

LSA is a FARO partner for architecture, because we are convinced that laser scanning offers considerable added value for building in existing structures. Reliable as-built documentation reduces the risk of planning errors. In new-build projects, too, 3D scans help, for example, to document the built surroundings accurately.

Contelos GmbH in Hannover-Gehrden is an Autodesk Gold Partner and a competent point of contact for all questions about the entire Autodesk product range, from plant engineering through architecture to visualisation. Contelos has adapted the software “Edgewise” for automated modelling from scan data for the German market. As part of system integration, Contelos supports you in line with your individual requirements.
