Megapixel Panorama

Have you already seen the megapixel panoramas by BillionPixelStudio? You simply have to see this: you can zoom into the panorama of the metropolis of Shanghai – all the way from the overall perspective of the city skyline right down to individual people, who are still depicted sharply. You can even see what people are eating. OK, with the panorama resolutions of our laser scans this is of course not possible to that extent, but it does show how revealing panoramas can be for on-site analysis! See also on Facebook.
